its happy with no other negative effects

swimming half an hour at home
after swim, sentosa till 6. enjoyed the company and the ludge ride.
rugby at 7 till 9
home
currently feeling excessive roasted happiness
im just super uber duper ultra happy and burnt by the sun. heh. x)
