Saw oprah show, the talk was about heart related illness with Drs' like , Mehmet Oz. He said ladies with waist line 35 and above and men 40 and above gets a higher chance of being sick with a heart related problem. Usually they have apple shape bodies - those with beer bellies or upper body bigger than the bottom. It is better to have fats on your bottoms like butts - no wonder J.Lo is hawt with sucha arse!!! and thigh area rather than on top like the stomach as it is tough losing those fats!!! Thus, people with pear shape body - think J.Lo are better than a apple shape body - think Beer Belly Man!!! Also, saw the CEO lady of GNC lady talking about health stuff on Teevee. Too much health supplements is not good as you are on a over dosage , when you eat oranges is best to just peel of the top skin and leave the second layer of skin (white orange-gy color) or fiber as it is good for health and lastly when you have a juice do drink it straigtht away, thus, those at bugis village selling already fresh made juice is actually not f-r-e-s-h at all!!! :/About me, i ran alot today but i had a good supper- famous wanton mee with chilly and wanton&dumpling soup!!! hohoho. Gorgor', dont drool okgay!!! Even mummy finish the whole packet. x) Finish making soohui's 19th birthday card which is mainly purple and pink in color. Hope she likes it as this year it is my third time making self made birthday cards for love ones, Gorgor', Wenting and her!!! I cannot snore.....heh. For a record it has been 2 months after my brithday!!!hah.
ps: i cannot cannot stand the tomholmes affair from the love confession on the couch to the silent giving birth of their baby girl. Argh!!!
